Welcome to the ArdenNirithMarket Help Center. Below are answers to some of the most common questions from our buyer and seller community. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to contact our support team for personalized assistance.

FOR SELLER

ArdenNirithMarket is open to creators, artisans, curators, and small business owners who offer original, handmade, vintage, or thoughtfully sourced products. We welcome sellers from various industries including fashion, home goods, collectibles, wellness, art, and more — as long as your products meet our community guidelines and quality standards. 

Sellers must be at least 18 years old and must provide accurate tax and identity information during the registration process. We reserve the right to decline applications that do not align with our marketplace policies or values. 

become a seller, simply click the “Become a Seller” button on our homepage and complete the registration form. You will be asked to provide:

  • Business or shop name
  • Contact information
  • Product categories
  • Tax identification or legal entity documentation (if applicable)
  • Preferred payment method for payouts

Once submitted, your application will be reviewed within 1–3 business days. Upon approval, you’ll gain access to your personalized Seller Dashboard, where you can start setting up your shop and adding products.

We believe in keeping seller costs fair and transparent:

  • $0.30 monthly listing fee per product
  • 5% transaction fee
  • 2.9% + $0.29 processing fee per order
  • Optional advertising (featured placement or email blasts)

You only pay when you earn. All fees are automatically deducted from each sale before funds are disbursed.

All seller earnings are processed through your selected payment gateway (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, or direct deposit). Payouts are initiated twice weekly (typically Mondays and Thursdays), once the order has been marked as fulfilled and the return window has passed.

To ensure timely payments, make sure your account information is accurate and that your account remains in good standing. Please note: A minimum balance of $20 is required to initiate a payout.

Yes. ArdenNirithMarket supports international selling. You are responsible for setting up your shipping zones, rates, and estimated delivery times in your Seller Dashboard. 

We recommend including clear notes about international customs, duties, or VAT fees (where applicable) so that international buyers are fully informed prior to purchase. 

To maintain the integrity of the platform, the following items are strictly prohibited: 

  • Counterfeit or replica products  
  • Stolen goods or unauthorized resells  
  • Items that promote hate, violence, or discrimination  
  • Hazardous materials or recalled items  
  • Adult content or illegal substances  
  • Live animals or plants requiring permits  
  • Weapons or explosives  

ArdenNirithMarket reserves the right to remove any listings that violate these policies without prior notice. 

Yes. As a seller, you have full control over your pricing and promotional strategies. Our system supports: 

  • Percentage-based discounts  
  • Coupon codes  
  • Free shipping offers  
  • Limited-time sales  
  • Bundle pricing  

All promotional settings can be managed directly from your Seller Dashboard. 

You may request to pause or permanently close your shop at any time. To do so, simply navigate to the account settings in your Seller Dashboard and follow the deactivation steps. Please note that: 

  • All pending orders must be fulfilled or refunded  
  • Outstanding balances must be cleared  
  • Data retention policies may apply as outlined in our Terms & Conditions  

We recommend exporting your sales records and product listings before closure for your own documentation. 

Sellers are responsible for setting their own shipping rates and methods. You’ll choose whether to ship domestically, internationally, or both. Tracking information is strongly encouraged and may be required in case of disputes. 

Shipping labels may be purchased independently or integrated through your preferred shipping service. ArdenNirithMarket does not currently provide in-house shipping services. 

Buyers will see shipping times and costs clearly listed on each product page before purchase.

FOR BUYER
ArdenNirithMarket (ANM) is a creative multivendor marketplace where independent artists and small businesses sell handmade, custom, and unique items. Think of it like Etsy, but with a modern twist! You can shop, post video reviews, and even earn rewards through our affiliate system.

ANM combines the best parts of Etsy, TikTok, and traditional e-commerce. You can:

  • Browse short product videos on the “For You” feed

  • Watch real customer reviews

  • Support small creators directly through their storefronts

Yes! Every transaction on ANM is protected through secure payment processing and encrypted checkout. We also monitor sellers for quality and ensure all listings meet our marketplace standards.

  2. Choose any options (like size or color).

  3. Add it to your cart and check out securely.
    You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking once the seller ships your item.

Shipping times vary by seller and product type. Most sellers ship within 3–7 business days, but custom or handmade items may take longer. Check each product’s description for estimated delivery times.
Individual sellers set return policies. You can view a shop’s return policy on their storefront or product page. If a seller accepts returns, follow their instructions or message them directly through your order.

Once your item arrives, you’ll get a prompt to leave a written or video review! Reviews help other shoppers and boost your favorite creators’ visibility on the “For You” page.

You can earn small rewards or commissions by sharing sellers’ products. When someone buys through your custom link, you earn a percentage of the sale! More details are available on our Affiliate page.
Yes! You can contact sellers through the “Get Support” button on their shop page or your order history. Use this to ask about custom orders, sizing, or any specific requests.
You can browse freely, but you’ll need a free ANM account to make purchases, leave reviews, or track orders. It only takes a few seconds to sign up.
Most ANM shops feature handmade, designed, or small-batch goods. However, sellers may also offer print-on-demand or manufactured items, as long as they clearly state this in their listing.

You can:

  • Favorite their items

  • Leave reviews

  • Share their posts and affiliate links
