Inside out, coiled, wig wag, borosilicate glass bubble cap. Different shades of yellow, green, and black lines melted throughout the inside of the cap. Transparent blue glass coiled on the bottom and the top. Weighs 33 grams. 3 inches tall. Just over 1 inch wide. Pictures were taken in the sun so the cap is darker in color in indoor lighting.
